Synopsis

Roseanne is an elderly woman who has been admitted to a psychiatric institution for 50 years, accused of being a sexual promiscuous person and of having killed her newborn son. On the occasion of the construction of a luxury hotel, the eviction of patients begins, and the director of the institution is forced to go to a psychiatrist to evaluate the patient. Dr. Grene and a nurse will hear, for the first time, the life and testimony of Roseanne, who has always denied all the accusations against her. His life is a journey through the secret history of Ireland.
